General Policy

- Spepper product must be returned to Spepper, LLC at P.O. Box 214 Denver, CO 80201. (return shipping paid by purchaser and will not be refunded)
- Note explaining reason for return.
- On single unit return product may have been opened for sampling but must not be under 3/4 full. (Spepper reserves the right to make determination on receipt as to fullness and integrity)
- On multiple unit returns (3 pack, six pack, or more. ONLY ONE UNIT MAY BE UNSEALED. Returns of multiple opened units will not be honored.

Credit Card Returns

- Credit will be issued to the card that was used for purchase ONLY.
- Credit will be entered within 24 hours of receipt of return and verification of accuracy.

Check Return Policy

- Spepper, LLC will return orders on checks a minimum of 10 days of depositing check. Verification of check clearance is required. Spepper, LLC will issue a check back to customer on return. (NO Cash/Credit refunds on checks). Please allow 6 weeks.

Spepper, LLC reserves the right to alter or decline return policy for above violations or any other reason but will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
